We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services:

- Transaction data — sales, inventory, invoices, expenses, and accounting records you create within the platform
- Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used, to improve our services

Your information is used solely to operate and improve the Ledora platform:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and manage your account
- Generate AI-powered insights and reports based on your business data
- Send service-related communications (invoices, alerts, updates)
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data
Your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or business information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We will never monetize your data. Your sales records, customer lists, inventory data, financial information, and any other business data you store on Ledora remain strictly confidential and are accessible only to you and the team members you authorize.
5. Limited Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services solely to operate the platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only process it on our behalf:
- Payment processing — to securely handle subscription billing (we never store your full payment card details)
- Cloud infrastructure — to host and store your data securely
- Email delivery — to send transactional emails such as invoices and account notifications
- AI processing — to power the AI Assistant feature; your data is processed only to generate responses to your queries and is not used to train AI models
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers that profile your behavior.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, role-based access controls, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to using commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal and business data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records under Philippine regulations). You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us.
