1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ledora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Ledora is an AI-powered business management platform designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines. The Platform provides tools for point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, accounting, and business analytics. Features and availability may change as we continue to improve the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription & Billing

Ledora offers subscription plans priced in Philippine Peso (PHP). By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Ledora and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Ledora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
